This month last year, we just heard the news of Adam’s motorcycle accident. I remember Annette and I prayed, then I jumped on a plane for Africa. God gave us the strength to see us through those very hard days. Annette was back here in the States making phone calls and lining up insurance payments. At the same time she was preparing for Victoria’s scheduled back surgery here at home as well. Victoria had her surgery the day before Adam arrived. What a year it has been.

Now Adam is doing so much better now and to look at him today, you would never know that there was ever anything wrong with him. God is so good. We are so thrilled to have Andrea in our family. She is a delight and a blessing. They are back off their honeymoon and have found an apartment here in Little Rock. It will take them about a year to finish raising their support and finish the required classes they need to go to South Sudan. Right now it looks like maybe next fall before the go back.

What an amazing Weekend to Remember event we had in Baltimore last month. There was so much opposition going into this event that we knew something amazing was going to happen. We were given 2 hours to set up the entire ballroom when we normally have all day. We had to set up outside and then bring in equipment at the las minute. By the end of the event, we had over 580 people attend and … 70 salvations. Over 12% of the people came to know Christ. I never get tired of seeing God do that.

Julia is graduating from college next month. Praise God that she is doing well and has already landed a job in psychology at a testing clinic. She is hoping to stay there and advance up to a Tech position that will allow her to administer evaluation testing. We are so proud of her.

Please pray for Annette and me as we are starting to teach a young married class at our church. Pray that we can be affective in giving hope to a generation that is just starting out.

Pray for Victoria as she is helping to lead the middle school on Wednesday nights.
